Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. We ship only top quality plants. If you are not satisfied with one of our plants, you may return it (at your expense) for replacement or full refund of that plant. Shipping and handling (6% sales tax for Michigan residents) fees are non refundable. There is a $4.00 per plant handling fee, along with the actual shipping charges. You will be provided with a copy of the shippers receipt.

Plants are normally shipped overnight or second day – your choice and expense. During winter months we ship plants overnight only. We do not guarantee plants shipped in the winter although we do our best to insulate and protect them from the cold.

Return plants you must notify us within one week of the receipt date if you are not satisfied with any plant. We expect that you package the plant in a safe and protected manner for the return. A check or credit to your charge card will be issued within one week of our receipt.

Please note the shipping weights on this site are approximate, as we’ve tried to figure in the weight of the packaging.

Michigan residents must pay 6% sales tax

We ship within the United States only

MSU Fertilizer is shipped UPS or FedEx only. You cannot ship fertilizer via the United States Post Office. We normally use UPS Ground as I can drop the shipments without having to charge the additional “pick up” fee. Although residential address' are charged an additional $1.00 fee from the packaging company
